The children's Museum promotes a modern and fun communication scheme with the aim of motivating children to discover the world around them. In addition to many toys organizes various activities (conceived and directed the groups according to the various age groups) to awaken the curiosity, imagination, fantasy and the pleasure of learning, with themes like the human body, the five senses, music, history, mathematics, nutrition, and other. Also hosts birthday parties, duly supervised by skilled animators.

Located at the basement of the Príncipe Real square, with a capacity of 880 m3, it was supplied by the Águas Livres Aqueduct. The museum is divided in four nucleuses: the Águas Livres Aqueduct, the Mãe de Água of Amoreiras, the Patriarchal Reservoir and the Elevatory Station of the Barbadinhos.

Pictures (negative and colour) of the city of Lisbon from the XIX and XX centuries. It has a documentation research service, historic and contemporary collections, thematic exhibitions and international partnership.

Library that offers the consultation and demand of books. It has a photocopy service.

Place of study, meeting and entertainment, the Camões Library promotes several cultural activities, aiming to stimulate the taste for books and reading.

Opened since April, 21st, 1999 this library offers the bibliography of David Mourão Ferreira and studies about the author. Here are also works of reference, books and multimedia. It has free internet, lends books and has an exhibition room.

The Turim Theatre delivers a variety of contemporary and interdisciplinary activities ranging from theatre plays, cinema festivals, shows for the younger ones and exhibitions.
