Building single-storey rectangular plant, located in the historic centre of Vila do Porto. It was built in the 17th century and refurbished in the 18th century.

The primitive chapel was built in the 16th century, suffering in the following centuries several refurbishments and additions. Emphasis on the façade in the Baroque style and its tiled Bell Tower.
