This building is a testimony from the imported architecture in the beginning of the 20th century. It was outlined by a German architecture for the company Fiação e Tecido (Yarn spinning and cloth) from Fafe. IT is formed by several small volumes, the highest has a pyramid shape, and it possesses roofs and terraces with wooden eaves. The space on the garden is restricted by iron railings.
