Museum that has a collection of more than 50,000 matchboxes from around the world, including the first ones made in Portugal. It is now the largest collection of its kind in all of Europe. It all started when Aquiles Mota Lima exchanged a box of matches with an American lady on a steamer bound for England.

It was the first space dedicated the show to take in the year 800 and restored in 1876 with the name Nabantino Theatre. In 1901 the first film screening that tomarenses could watch. The Paradise Theater closed definitely to the public in 1991, after being acquired by the Câmara Municipal de Tomar in 1997, which undertook to renovate the building in ruins and inaugurate the current space in 2002. Hosts all kinds of shows, including plays and film sessions, boasting a capacity of 418 people.

This museum opened at the hands of Américo Marques, the tinsmith born in 1931. Was the first to make the famous Coppersmith pans to manufacture the slices to take, the best known delicacy. The space is divided into two separate rooms, where you can observe objects such as almotolias, pots of slices of Tomar, crowns and doves of the Holy Spirit, Christ crosses and old stoves to oil.
