Very old mountain village, populated long before the Foundation of Portugal, probably in Arab or Roman times. It is located in the northeast of the municipality, next to the Cabreira and Baçô mountains, which originate from the Serra da Estrela. Highlights include the main church, the most notable monument in the parish, and the Chapel of Santo António, with its gilded altar.

Here there are several schist houses, where the roof and portals stand out. In this parish, the main highlights are the Main Church and the Misericórdia Church, the Manueline bridge, the chapels of São Sebastião and Castelo and the Pombal fountain. Local handicrafts consist of tin and lace.

A small village with trypical schist houses, located on the mountain, currently deserted. In spite of that, it has a learning farm and an old mill and press moved by the water force.

A village that belongs to the Schis Villages network, only eleven kilometres distant from Góis. It was one of the very first schist villages to be recovered, partly thanks to the inhabitants, peaceful people who devote their time mostly to their orchards and to the manufacturing of cheese.

Located at the Penedo de Góis (Góis Rock), this small mountain village has several traditional schist houses along narrow alleys.
