The trail PR1 "Dinossaurs' Trail" starts at the Museum of Lourinhã and ends at the Paimogo Fortress. Along the way, you may visit the Convent of Saint António, the Church of Misericórdia and the Church of the Castle. You may also visit the beaches, namely those of Areia Branca, Vale Frades, Caniçal and Paimogo.

The parish of Lourinhã has many windmills that, even though they are deactivated, are well worth a visit. Moita de Ferreiros has five recovered mills, turned into cafes and bars, that embelish the landscapes. Opening hours: daily from 2 pm to 6 pm.

A trail that crosses five villages of three parishes in Lourinhã. It starts and ends by the Centro de Artesanato e Museu do Reguengo Grande (Craftswork Centre and Museum of Reguengo Grande). It passes the Museum and the Craftswork Centre of Reguengo Grande, the Cezaredas Plain, a land that is about 140 millions of years old.

A walk along the parish of Moita dos Ferreiros where you can visit the Shrine devoted to Our Lady of Misericórdia (Mercy) and the five typical mills that have been recovered and transformed into cafes and bars, open daily from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Start the visit at the Square José Máximo da Costa, facing the building of the Paços do Concelho. Along the Square Dom Lourenço Vicente, visit the Convent of Saint Antóniom at the Square António Granjo you can get further informations at the Tourism Office. Proceed to the Street João Luís de Moura, visit the Museum of Lourinhã, and then along the Street of Misericórdia notice the manuelin portal in the building of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia. During this walk a visit is recommended to the following places: the gothic Church of Castelo (Castle/Saint Maria of Anunciação), the belevedere of the Alto do Cruzeiro, with views of Lourinhã and Areia Branca, the Convent of Saint António, the Museum of Lourinhã, the Monument to the Battle of Vimeiro, the Beach of Porto Dinheiro, the shellfish beds of the shellfish house Frutos do Mar and the ruins of the Paimogo Fortress.

A trail that passes by the Toxofal, on the Rural Tourism Farm Moita Longa, whose trees were classed Natural Heritage of Public Interest. Then, folows a visit to the Pena Seca, the high plain of the Cezaredas, the Rural Museum of Reguengo Grande and the craftswork shops of the Urbanização da Junta de Freguesia do Reguengo Grande, as well as the fiv recovered windmills at Pinhôa. In Miragaia, one must savour its typical Pão de Ló (a cake).

A 1.1 kilometres long pedestrian trail in the middle of the nature and with the possibility of a visit to the most important monument in the region.
