Fifty Seconds by Martín Berasategui

Cinquenta segundos é quanto demora a subida de elevador até ao restaurante Fifty Seconds. Com oito estrelas Michelin no currículo, Martín Berasategui eleva a fasquia no primeiro desafio em Portugal. Quer que no Fifty Seconds se faça “uma viagem inolvidável, que não saia da cabeça, do coração e do paladar”. Há quatro anos a trabalhar com Martín, Filipe Carvalho, chefe executivo do Fifity Seconds, assume que “o objetivo é claramente apontar às estrelas Michelin”. Para lá chegar, é preciso “tempo”, trabalho e consistência. Mas o ambiente da sala e a inspiradora localização, a 120 metros de altura, sobranceira ao rio Tejo, facilitam a “aprendizagem”. Com base basca e francesa, Berasategui abraça a “cozinha com muito sabor”.
