Mrs. Helena's fish soup, lamb Maranhos, baked in the oven with honey and Rosemary sauce and a variety of filled for entry are some of the specialties of the restaurant Santo Amaro, Sertã, open since 1975. The space is cozy, with some refinement and very own décor. Stained glass illuminated Earth landscapes adorn the walls, being already an ex libris of this establishment, together with the quality of the food, with an emphasis on the traditional dishes and desserts such as chocolate cream pie or bread pudding with nuts.
