Also known as the Tagis Biodiversity Station, as it was developed in partnership with TAGIS (Portuguese Butterfly Conservation Centre), it offers short, signposted walking trails that showcase the biodiversity of the Alvão Natural Park.

Located in the heart of the Alvão Natural Park, about 5 kilometers from the center of Vila Real, this waterfall stands majestically with its 20-meter height. Moreover, due to the intense fracturing, the profound alterations in the granite are clearly visible. The mill on the Amal stream (Agarez/Galegos da Serra road) completes this unique Transmontane landscape.
