The Estádio Cidade de Coimbra was born of the remodeling of the Estadio Municipal de Coimbra. The previous 15 thousand seats were 30 thousand in the new stadium. This refurbishment, by António Monteiro, U-shaped countertops are open about the hillside to the North of the city. Beyond the turf field designed for football matches and rugby, has a lead officer of athletics, two heating rooms, two gyms, classrooms for combat sports and an athletics track inside. This space is also prepared to host various events.

O Clube de Ténis de Coimbra está equipado com três courts de piso rápido, dois courts de relva sintética e um court de ténis de praia.

The golf course of Quinta das Lágrimas has nine holes but features all the difficulties of the short game, with a total length of 363 metres and a sand bunker. Offers driving range with 35 outgoing rugs, covered and uncovered, with night illumination and grass area to hit balls. The putting green has nine holes with relief and chipping green two target holes. Also offers indoor game room and club-house. The younger ones can still attend golf school.

This is the tennis section of the Associação Académica de Coimbra, founded in 1963.

The Horse Riding Centre of Coimbra is located in the lovely Mata do Choupal (Choupal Woods) and is fit or horse riding.

This learning space and leisure offers an indoor swimming pool of 25 meters, enabling the practice of swimming and water aerobics. It also has a weight room.

This municipal grounds comprises two indoor swimming pools of 25 m and a discovery pool 50 meters.
