A place of extreme beauty from where one can view the Paços de Ferreira parish and clearly view the Cabreira Mountain.

The "Centro Cívico" (Civic Centre) is located by the Ferreira Monastery, a national monument that dates back to the 12th century. It has an auditorium of great architectural quality, a bar, a water mirror and a recovered ancient tank. It has also a pedestrian walk, tree areas and a large glade with a view of the monastery with a picnic area and a children's playground. The Centre is composed of two buildings, one with an auditorium for 126 people and a stage, and another with a bar and a terrace.

The "Parque Urbano de Paços de Ferreira" (Urban Park of Paços de Ferreira) is one of the few that are located in the town's centre in the country. Ot has about 195 000 square metres, a green refuge directly in touch with the rural space.It is an ambiental, rural and leisure park, fit for the practice of sports, for culture and for youngsters and families to get together.

This is one of the most beautiful panoramic places in the Paços de Ferreira parish. When the sky is blue, one can view magnificent landscapes of the Minho and of the Cabreira Mountain. Priviliged for its small but beautiful valeys.

Currently, this park occupies an area of 10000 m2. Nonetheless, it is expanding and may come to occupy a total area of 120000 m2.

The "Parque de Lazer da Seroa" (Seroa's Leisure Park) has more than 16000 square metres of a green and pleasant area. It has a lake where one can ride "gaivotas", a children's playground, a bandstand for music and theatre shows, a bar and several maintenance trails. Water is essential and permanent throughout the park that is crossed by three wooden bridges.

This playground has a large wooden structure, a slide, swings and other amusements for the children. It has a cushioned floor and grass.
