This cultural society, quite famed in the parish, houses a band, a music school, a choir, a theatre group, a stamp collecting group, modern dance, creative dance, latin dances, ballet, yoga, children's gymnastics, aerobics, taekwondo, basketball, badmington, volleyball, handball and more.

The Pavilhão Multiusos de Vila Franca de Xira is a fairly versatile equipment lets you optimize and monetize space in promoting events. It offers a panoramic bar with terrace over the river Tagus and the urban park of Cevadeiro.

A philarmonic band formed in 1874 that currently has 70 members. With many important performances already,it took part, back in 1938, in the movie "Aldeia da Roupa Branca". It also has music lessons, namely of electric organ, achordeon and classic guitar.

At the Sobralinho Palace one may view its rich collection of tiles and ceilings painted by Antero Basalisa and decorations of the 17th and 18th centuries. The Palace also has a park with gardens, an orchard and woods.
