Barcelos National Craft and Ceramics Show

The 37th Barcelos Craft and Ceramics Show, the largest annual popular art event held in Barcelos, takes place in 2019 between 2 and 15 August.

This is where practically all local artisans and arts meet, this being one of the oldest exhibitions of Portuguese crafts and surely the one that best mirrors the authenticity and richness of Portuguese folk art.

In addition to the crafts, the show also assumes a program of animation based on the cultural and ethnographic richness of the county, thus enhancing all the work developed by folk and ethnographic groups in the preservation of customs, costumes, singing and local traditions. And also the gastronomy and the wines, especially the Vinhos Verdes - Barcelos is one of the largest wine producers in its demarcated region - mark your strong presence in this unforgettable event!
