Memories of yesteryear: at the time of the Pirolito

The exhibition "Memories of yesteryear: at the time of the Pirolito" is shown in the Municipal Museum of Faro from September 22, 2017 to March 24, 2018.
 
This show recovers the memory of an old Pirolito factory, located in Rua do Prior, in Faro, a traditional activity that in the past made the delights of many people.
 
Pirolito, a carbonated drink with a secret recipe, was a very appreciated drink during the first half of the 20th century and was kept in the imagination of those who knew it not only for its taste, but also for the particular shape of its bottle.
