Funchal Flea Market

Once a month, on the first Thursday of the month, the Flea Market takes place at the Mercado dos Lavradores, in Funchal.

This is a market that takes place throughout the day, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, giving the opportunity to check and purchase very diversified antique products.

It is also an opportunity to get to know the famous Mercado dos Lavradores, built in the 1930s to a design by Edmundo Tavares (1892-1983), it is a graceful combination of 'art deco' and modernism.
