Guarda, the Christmas City

Between December 01st and 25th, all roads lead to the Guard, the Christmas City.

All the Christmas imagery will be recreated in the emblematic square of the Cathedral of Guarda. The focus attention, at least for the children, will be the Santa Claus House, where the venerable old man will be prepared for anything. Up to the snowfall.

An ice rink will challenge residents and tourists to test their skills but also to attend dance performances.

Do not miss the traditional Christmas concert, starring local musicians.

The building of the future Museum of Sacred Art will host the Senses Space, an exhibition of arts and crafts with crafts and other traditional products of the region, and also the social Aconchego de Natal. Here will be held gatherings, workshops, music, theater, dance and exhibitions.
