Classified as a Natural Monument since 1997, integrated into the Arrábida Natural Park, beneath the cliffs of Cape Espichel. The site consists of trails of bipedal dinosaur footprints, approximately 130 million years old, arranged in different orientations, created at a time when the region's terrain was flat, marshy, and swampy, which later transformed into limestone, preserving the footprint trails.

A chapel of harmonious proportions, built on the site where, according to tradition, the Virgin Mary appeared in 1410. Inside, 18th-century tile panels narrate the history of the sanctuary. The quality and iconographic value of these ceramic panels deserve special attention.

Sesimbra Marina has 130 permanent moorings, navigational lights, water and power supply, and a fuel station. It's worth noting that the port is artificial, extending between the outer breakwater, located next to Forte do Cavalo, and the spur located in front of the Hotel do Mar.

It gets its name from a nearby rock shaped like a horse. Access is by boat, but it is, nevertheless, a somewhat inhospitable place.

Located in Maça, this pleasant 5.5-hectare park is divided into rest and leisure areas, connected by a pedestrian path. Highlights include the Skate Park, the outdoor activities support center, the fitness station, and the playground.

An imposing fortress that preserves the various outbuildings for the garrison, the cisterns, the powder magazine, the governor's residence, the dungeons, and the private chapel. A fort with two elevated and two lower bastions, with a sloping wall and a parapet pierced by gun emplacements and cylindrical guard towers.

Popular with surfers and bodyboarders, it is located next to Camping Campimeco. There are several restaurants serving typical dishes.

A very touristy, lively beach with beautiful scenery. You can also visit the São Tiago Fort. It has several different restaurants.

In the first cove north of the lighthouse, at Boca do Chapim, there are numerous dinosaur footprint trails (round in shape). Looking closely, you can even see the rectangular tail mark. The trail begins where the Atlantic Ocean bed is today and follows the escarpment upwards.

A famous beach, very popular with tourists, surrounded by dunes, with an area exclusively for fishermen. The long stretch of sand has excellent cliffs for paragliding. This was the second "official" nudist beach in Portugal. Due to its rough waters and strong winds, it is sought after by bathers and enthusiasts of sport fishing, sailing and windsurfing.
