The Casa da Cultura de Santa Comba Dão promotes all types of cultural activities, particularly in the fields of music, theater, cinema, and, in general, all types of performing arts.

The muncipal library is currently located on the first floor of the Casa dos Arcos (House of the Arches), the old Horta e Costa family manor. It is famed for its exterior gallery with thre columns that stand on an archway porch.
