Caves discovered in 1971 that feature a gallery/room/shaft configuration. They have beautiful rooms and galleries filled with limestone formations, with a visitable length of 350 meters and a depth of 45 meters. There is an underground bar located in an adjacent cave, Cova da Moura, where there is a fully illuminated cave extending for about 50 meters.

A tree species also known as Portuguese Oak, that one may only find currently in some villages of the districts of Leiria, Lisboa, Coimbra and Santarém.
