The ice Bar, in Viseu, is built with 35 tons of ice from water from the glaciers of Canada. Temperatures are between 5 and 12 degrees. The counter, the glasses, the giant chandelier or the ' diamond Chair» are all carved with ice water, as did the seating area where guests can sit and enjoy a wide range of cocktails.
