The Alcobaça Green Park is located at the eastern entrance to the city, preserving the old waterways leading to the Alcobaça Monastery. Covering an area of ​​over six hectares, it is a recreational space suitable for exercise, outdoor activities, and events.

From this elevation, it is possible to see the entire bay of São Martinho do Porto, a geographical feature that, due to its perfect shell shape, is unique in the country and in Europe. It has three kilometers of sand and a 250-meter-wide inlet, between the Santana hills to the south and the Farol hill to the north.
