This petisqueira is known for offering visitors a wide list of entries and snacks, divided between hot and cold. The cod or Octopus fritters, for squids stuffed with sausage and salad.

This location includes a route that crosses areas known as marshes and cultivated land, such as rice fields.

It borders the municipality of Murtosa and has Caniçal as its predominant habitat. The Mallard and the Moorhen are some of the most observed water birds, and as for birds of prey, the most common is the Western Marsh Harrier. Other animals stand out, such as the Common Reed Bunting, the Weasel, the Mediterranean Tree Frog and the Brown Rat.
