Is a project by Ventura Terra dated 1913. It was the first building with facade facing the Parque Eduardo VII, bringing her the main decorative elements contrasting with the simplicity of the remaining facades. The Freestone adornments are the workshops of Pardal Monteiro, the silharias of Jacob Lopes da Silva and the sculptural group that shoots the facade is by Arthur Prat. Currently serves as headquarters for the order of engineers.

Roman inscriptions currently integrated into the façade of a building from the 18th century, two of which dedicated to mercury and Cybele.
