It is a four storeys building: the ground floor suffered some changes while being adapted for commercial functions. The other floors have, each one, a balcony window on the left side of the façade and small peep-windows on the right side.

Building of three floors, on the ground floor, open three doors, being the sides topped with shell motifs. The last two are torn by four Bay Windows with iron railings, much worked.

This is a building with five storeys and attic. The guillotine Windows, with wood railing and an oval escutcheon at the right top of the central façade are worthy of notice.

Building from the middle of the XVIII century, where the diversified treatment given to the ashlar masonry and the railing of the balcony-windows stands out.

Building from the late XVIII century. It has figurative and glazed tiles inside.

The initial project resulted in a single family building. Along the years it was remodelled and enlarged, so that it was divided in four autonomous fractions, just as it is today.

Building for its terraces and arbors announces the "Belle Époque".
