This is a building representative of a residential civil architecture. It is characterized by a large decorative exuberance and, obeying the parameters defined by the Valmor award, shows a confluence of styles, from the classic to the gothic, going through renaissance.

It is one of the first examples where the tile art-new passes of the frieze for the facade cladding.
