The São Vicente thermae were first authorized in 1901 (and later in 1927). Nevertheless, the population already used these waters to rest and treat several different illnesses since the Roman days. Its 50 há are rich in granitic terrains water. Consideered the most alcaline of all the Portuguese sulphuric waters,they are specifically indicated for the treatment of respiratory diseases, rheumatism and muscular and bone diseases. Even so, its activity is currently suspended due to the bad condition of the water.

Pre-historic granite menhir of which only the chamber is still left, while the covering rock is supported by three parts. There are four more fragmented parts. The region was inhabited by neolitic peoples that left vestiges of the dolmen and celtic village cultures.

The most well known and important Farm in the parish, with its vineyards. A special note to the Farm's Manor (18th century) and the Romantic Garden that surrounds and where one can find the "Torre das Cabras" (Goat's Tower), the "Casa de Chá" (Tea House) (in a Victorian style and decorated with Portuguese tableware), the "Fontanário as Quatro Estações" (Four Seasons Fountain), created by master João da Silva, centuries old trees and, most of all, the manuelin "Janela da Reboleira" (Reboleira Window), a national monument.

The first references to the monastery date back to 994 in the testament of Abbot Randulfo, escaped from a southern Monastery during the incursions of Almanzor. Although the original church does not correspond to the current Romanesque temple, its architecture left marks on the building that was to be erected in the 13th century, which denotes a transition style from Romanesque to Gothic. D. Henry donated the monastery to Ribadouro family, which comes from Egas Moniz, who in turn lega half his fortune to the monastery to be buried there. A park located by the Cavalum river. Destined for leisure and for ambiental and cultural education. It has a children's playground, a picnic area, WC, a parking lot and a garden with aromatic plants.

Located near the romanic church of Passinhos, this pleasant place, with many weeping willows, is ideal for picnics and has what is needed for practising nautical sports. It has a games field.

Na embanked area by the Tâmega river with no supporting structures. A good place for fishing.

A museum created in 1948 by Abílio de Miranda, its first director. It has several archeological displays that are always enriched with new findings. The museum has also areas devoted to ethnography, history and numismatics.
