This trail begins at the Forest Park (Troupes of Capelo) and rises slowly until the Cabeço green (volcanic cone with boiler inside). Then proceeds around the cauldron and ends near the Capelinhos Museum. This route crosses three closed areas: Special Protection area, site of Community interest and protected landscape Area.

Sports that can be practised at this site include judo, body building, aerobics, and roller hockey, among others.

Culture and leisure space dedicated to Queen Elizabeth, patron saint of Coimbra. It has about 4000 pieces that give a better understanding the Queen Santa Isabel. Posters, medals, statues, postcards and old documents with hundreds of years are some of the pieces that make up the spoils. This site will host the tour desk.

A church with medieval foundations, built on the site of na ancient mosque. It is a monument of the second half of the 13th century, where one should notice the gothic ogival portico of the front, the belltower with baroque decorations and, in the interior, the lateral chapels de Nossa Senhora da Consolação, Saint Brás and the chapel of the Souls.

This area of the parish of Seixal covers a portion of the vast area of laurisilva, Madeira's original forest that currently occupies 22% of the island's surface. It is characterized by a humid subtropical climate and large trees, mainly laurel, whitewood and cedar, constituting an ecosystem of high importance. It is classified as a World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The square has strong connections with the Discoveries, this was the former sand-pit where the Real cais de Belém used to anchor. Now it is a gardened area, sided by quickset hedges and trees (nettle-tree and stone pine), lake and sculptures, with the Afonso de Albuquerque, vice-king of India, statue, manueline style, standing out. This garden presents also four statues created by Barata Feio, placed at the square corners.

Church of the former Franciscan Convent of Santa Clara, founded in the 15th century. At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, the city of Beja suffered extensive destruction of its heritage, and only the church, the cloister, the chapter house, and adjacent rooms survived from this former convent. The Gothic portal on the facade stands out, and inside, the gilded woodcarving and tilework are noteworthy. The Queen Dona Leonor Museum is now located within the convent.
