Pedestrian path of great route that unites ten historic villages: Almeida, Castelo Mendo, Castelo Novo, Castelo Rodrigo, Linhares da Beira, Marialva, Piódão and Sortelha Monsanto. Is a circular route that in total covers approximately 540 kilometres, passing through the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela, Douro International Natural Park and the Natural Reserve of Serra da Malcata.

A small pedestrian walk of around 6 km along mountain trails. It lasts around two and a half hours and its difficulty level is medium or low. One must follow the red and yellow landmarks and profit of the local nature.

Another route beginning on passing the river and Masroor Sever. Until you reach the White Mill there are many points of interest, whether natural or architectural, along 14 miles of road. The shale predominates. At this point the route stop to rest and refresh themselves on "the lizard". The envisaged duration is 4:0.

Routing with beginning and end at Sobral Fernando. Along 18 km, this tour will provide sublime landscapes, unmatched. Points of interest are: the doors of the Almourão Valley, the outpost of the mountaintop of Carved, the da Moura and Buraca Escorregadouro da Moura. Pay attention to the waters of the river Ocreza, because you're likely to spot otters, various species of fish and black storks. The journey lasts approximately 6:0 and a medium degree of difficulty.

This walk has a medium/high difficulty level and it starts and ends at the village of Merujal, on the Freita mountain. This circular trail is about 17 km long and takes 6 hours.

Course integrated into the International Douro Natural Park, passing by Lamoso and Bemposta. It is a pedestrian path with about 800 meters long, which gives access to a granitic slope where, during the winter, you can observe one of the largest waterfalls of Continental Portugal.

An 18 kilometres long pedestrian walk that lasts about 5 hours. Along the way you may observe the beauty of the Laurissilva forest with its countless waterfalls. Once at the Caldeirão Verde there’s one more waterfall with about 100 metres, ending in a clear water lagoon.

A 10.2 kilometres long pedestrian walk, along which there are several tunnels, meaning one should carry lanterns. The first part of the trail goes along the "levada" and has nice views of São Jorge and Santana.

Pedestrian path with beginning and end in Malveira da Serra, via Janes, Valley of Horses, river of Mule, Oleaster, Alcorvim and yellow stone. Along the way you can enjoy the richness of its fauna and flora.
