Chapel of longitudinal plant consisting of a ship, a porch and a vestry located near, with different toppings on gable roofs on the ship and three in the chancel and sacristy. It is not known when it was built the primitive Chapel, knowing only that was moved to the current location in 1936.

Modernity and the past intersect in the surroundings of the Instituto Politécnico da Guarda, with an imposing fountain that marks the already distant history of the city. Although it is not possible to define with certainty the time of its construction, the Fountain features elements typical of the Baroque and its structure has side pilasters, three spouts and a curved pediment with the royal arms.
