Originating in the nucleus founded in 1942 by the Fundão native who gives it its name, the José Monteiro Municipal Archaeological Museum, opened in 2007, is located in the former Solar Taborda Falcão de Elvas, and has a permanent exhibition room with several pieces tfrom prehistory to the end of the Roman period, a space for temporary exhibitions, an auditorium, a conservation and restoration laboratory, a library specializing in History and Archeology, an Internet space and a bar.

Located in the former Escola Primária de Alcongosta, a village in Serra da Gardunha, in the municipality of Fundão, this space, as the name implies, takes visitors to discover the most varied aspects of Cherry tree and its fruit, in the world and in particular in Fundão.

Small temple of the 17th century, with nave and chancel crowned by the dome.

18th century chapel, originally submitted, a small rectangular nave. Has chorus-high above the door and main altar inscribed on the wall.

This temple dated from the 15th century presents a manueline portico with fithomorphic decoration. On the inside it should be mentioned the lateral chapels in Renaissance style.

Oven semielipsoidal plant, which formerly had agricultural and industrial functions. Consists of an arched shape door which opens onto a hollow lined with bricks.
