Igreja da Misericórdia de Santarém
This 16th-century temple built according to the design by the architect Miguel Arruda has been greatly affected by the earthquake of 1755. The restoration works gave the facade a Baroque imprint. Inside are paintings, 18th-century tiles, furniture and statuary.
