The restaurant Xerém Fusion Cuisine, in Albufeira, is a project of the Chief Ezekiel Viegas, which is based on the fusion of new flavors with the traditional Algarvian cuisine. The restaurant has a cosy and quiet environment, marked by the rustic and traditional details and offers a varied menu, where you can find: chef's salad: chévre cheese glazed with honey Rosemary and thyme in water biscuit on a mix of lettuce and Sweet-Sour Apple Raspberry Vinaigrette and seasoned with carob and soup tomato regional: prepared in infusion of coriander and Pennyroyal, with tattered egg on tostinhas of toasted bread. Prices vary between 10 and 20 euros.
