Alma d'Eça
O restaurante Alma d'Eça é um projecto cuja ambição passou, desde a primeira hora, por oferecer a Braga, um espaço de restauração diferenciado, deixando de lado a gastronomia regional. Este restaurante quer levar o sushi a outro nível, daí optar por legumes, cogumelos frescos e diversificar o mais possível o peixe. Em alternativa, há também comida de inspiração mediterrânica, como pasta e risotto e alguns pratos portugueses contemporâneos. O espaço foi desenvolvido segundo o projeto de Nuno Capela e conta com três áreas distintas, divididas entre dois pisos, de linhas minimalistas em tons suaves.
