Pista de Pesca Desportiva de Cavez

The sport fishing of Cavez welcomes annually 150 national and regional evidence, involving an average of 40 athletes for evidence and are held every weekend (Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning) from March to October. Such evidence to the Individual national championship of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Division in categories seniors, juveniles, hopes and ladies, and evidence within the National League Clubs, Individual Regional Championship senior categories, juveniles, hopes and ladies amongst other national competitions promoted by different Clubs. The area is composed of 3 dams (one downstream, one upstream and one centre), where the waters have average depths 2.5 metres and 3 metres. The species that predominate in this track are in particular the Barbel, Bogas, Burglaries and a variety of smaller dimensions, such as Abletes, Góbios, and perch Pardelhas.
