Marquês de Marialva

Restaurant located right in the center of Cantanhede, in a building full of history and tradition. The house was where the first Marquis of Marialva was born and still maintains the original configuration today, spreading the restaurant throughout the various rooms of the house. Also when it comes to gastronomy, this is a house full of history. With more than three decades of open doors, it has improved traditional recipes, becoming a classic of national restaurants. Be careful with the starters – there are 17 – which can leave little room for the rojões à Marquês, the roast kid à Padeiro or even the codfish à Lagareiro. Finish with a delicious and homemade custard tart.
