Solar do Bacalhau
O espaço do restaurante Solar do Bacalhau, em Coimbra, é enorme e ocupa um antigo nome de referência gastronómica em Coimbra. De um italiano famoso, passou a ser um um tradicional também famoso onde, agora, o bacalhau é rei, aqui servido nas suas mais diversas formas: em cebolada, cozido com todos, assado ou no pão. Mas há vida para além do bacalhau. O bife da vazia à solar, com molho de mostarda é prova disso, bem como a oferta de pizzas que, apesar de improváveis num restaurante deste género, são deliciosas. Ao almoço funciona em regime de buffet e aos fins-de-semana tem animação com música ao vivo.
