Lagoa de Paramos - Observatório de Aves
It is located between the municipalities of Ovar and Espinho, and is also known as Barrinha de Esmoriz. It is a medium-sized coastal lagoon, rare to find along the northern coast of Portugal. Furthermore, it constitutes an area of ecological, scenic and recreational interest, possessing great ornithological and plant diversity.
