Harvest Festival

Theatre, music, dance ... There is no shortage of attractions in the Palmela Wine Festival, a traditional celebration of the vineyards and wine in this city of the Lisbon region.

For six days, residents and tourists enjoy themselves in moments of great tradition like the grape-stomping, the Blessing of the "Mosto", the Courts of Peasants and the Ethnographic Courts.

Other attractions dazzle the public like wine promotion, musical spectacles, the simulacrum of the castle fire (fireworks) and the election of the Queen of the Vineyards.
