This schist village, located at an altitude of 500 meters in the Serra da Lousã, boasts unique beauty and is part of the Schist Villages Network. The village's only restaurant, a small but always popular restaurant, was named after one of its inhabitants, Ti Lena. There's a small shop selling Talasnicos and other homemade delicacies. After being abandoned a few years ago, these houses were occupied by hippies from northern Europe and also by families from Coimbra for vacation homes, but many remain empty.
