Located on a steep hill, the spring of the Marofa mountain may have been peopled 500 years bC and later occupied by the romans, of whom two road parts remain in the village. This is a gothic temple composed by a longitudinal plan with one nave, a narrower main chapel and, attached, a sacristy, a bell tower and a campanile. It has later3abutments, decorated cornice and on the southern façade there is a small porch. What distinguish this church from other places are the mudejar roofs from the 16th century that appeal to the geometric decorative thematic and stylised vegan.
