Former Palace of the counts of Cantanhede and Marquis of Marialva, this Renaissance building dating from the 16th century, has two floors and a patio with a staircase. In the 20th century was built a tower on the façade side.

A river beach that results from natural springs known as Olhos de Fervença. It has a recreation and leisure area, a few pedestrian trails, a bar with a terrace, locker rooms, a picnic area and a games field.
