A hiking trail of approximately 1.8 kilometers, starting in Prazeres and ending in Paul do Mar. The descent follows the coast, supported by agricultural stone walls, offering magnificent panoramic views.

A 5-kilometer walking trail, which takes 3 to 4 hours, follows Levada do Risco, at an altitude of about 1,000 meters, passing the magnificent Lagoa das 25 Fontes.

This is a playful and recreational space, with facilities designed by the Lisbon Zoo. This farm is a multifunctional space comprised of four areas: a cultivation area (focusing on alternative crops), a processing area (jams, cakes, and medicinal herbs), an exhibition area (domestic animals from around the world), and a tearoom (teas made from plants grown on the farm).

The Cimalhinhas Palheiras Nucleus is part of the Cimalhinhas Heritage Trail. The Cimalhinhas Heritage Trail, in Carregal do Sal, is a local project to safeguard, enhance, and transform archaeological heritage into a museum, aiming to preserve and recover evidence of the past. It consists of a cluster of rough-hewn stone buildings covered with wood and corrugated tiles, which were used to store tools, herd animals, or store straw in post-medieval times.

According to legend, it was the birthplace of Viriato, the famous Portuguese leader. It is also the birthplace of Aristides Sousa Mendes, the Portuguese consul in Bordeaux, who saved thousands of Jews during World War II. Remains of importante houses can be seen here. Also, noteworthy are the main church, the chapel of Our Lady of Amparo, Christ the King, the Great Hall of the Theater, the halls of the Philharmonic Society, and the House of Aristides Sousa Mendes. Wrought iron and woodcarvings constitute the region's craftsmanship.
