This regional cuisine restaurant inserted into the Capuchos convent Hotel is decorated elegantly and simply, making a bridge between tradition and modernity. Be sure to try the cod with corn bread or olive-crusted in a letter already awarded in contests of gastronomy and vinho Verde, as well as, the goat stuffed with mushrooms or laminated to the Convent served with red wine risotto.

The restaurant and the bar have a modern decor in contrast with the classic façade and astounding views of the Douro river. It has a typical regional menu and an amazing wine list with 95% of Douro wines, 30 white, 150 red and 25 port wines.

Founded in 1955, Adega de Borba was the first of a series of wineries set up in the Alentejo, currently bringing together 300 associated winegrowers who cultivate around 2,000 hectares of vines, distributing 70% red varieties and 30% white varieties. It has a large tasting room, an auditorium with capacity for 60 people and a room for 150 people.

Azenha do Mar originated from the commercial harvesting of red algae that grows on the southwest coast of Portugal, known scientifically as Gelidium sesquipedale. For this small, isolated fishing community, sea work is the main and almost exclusive economic activity for most of the year, but in the summer, the focus shifts to "slime harvesting" (algae harvesting), an activity that changes the seaweed's appearance and odor.

Located by the sea, this dune surrounded lagoon is th biggest set of lakes to the north of Sines. It is about 5 km long and 1 km wide and spreads inland along old rice fields. The red-crested pochard, the mallard, the coots and the black-necked grebes are some of the species that live in this habitat. Ideal for sailing or spending a day at th beach.

A space to work as restaurant and tea room, dedicated to the healthy, natural and vegetarian. The menus are thoroughly studied, showing nutritional and healthy proposals. Works on a self-service buffet at lunch, with vegetarian dishes, a fish dish and a low calorie dish. In the afternoon, works as a tearoom with a range of tea, green teas, white and red, biological and fair trade, accompanied by healthy pastries.

Alentejo where Orange predominates and the space is decorated with objects from India and Morocco. The rooms are situated on a porch, being all different, each with its color and representing the five senses: a painted red for the palate, the blue for the vision, other, yellow-ochre, where a smell of incense, the sense of touch with white walls and wooden Indian stamps on the walls reminiscent of tátil capacity.

The top of the Bonanza consists of two bedroom apartments and a Villa T3 with capacity for 7 people. The houses are typical of the island of Pico, made in stone and with red Windows, overlooking the sea and in one of the most beautiful fronts to the mountain and to the island of São Jorge. The project consisted in the recovery, reconstruction and modernisation of a rural household, consisting of the main house, a granary, a hayloft and a tank, in regional stone.

Fifth of tourist animation, well known for its festivals minhotos, filled with traditional music, grilled sardines, fêveras, chicken, bread and white and red wine. Welcomes also exhibitions of regional parts: tools and farm implements, granaries of Viana do Castelo, a regional Winery, old cars and buses, a 19TH century locomotive, a coach from the 17th century, oxcarts and horses.

Built in the 16th century, during the transition from the Manueline to the Renaissance style, the church features an interesting Baroque façade, added later, with white walls and red sandstone stonework. The slender pulpit and corresponding access staircase, built with local marble, are small Baroque masterpieces. The church also houses a valuable collection of statues from the 16th to 18th centuries, particularly those dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
