It's a large beach that stretches all the way to the river. You can enjoy visiting the caves and the furnas (holes) in the rocks. There are numerous campsites near the beach. There are also simple restaurants with delicious menus.

It features a landscaped area and a sandy area, with plenty of shade and places to relax, as well as a playground, picnic area, and rural campsite. It also has a bar, changing rooms, and parking. This beach has been classified as accessible and received the "Accessible Beach, Beach for All" award.

Located near two typical schist villages, Oliveiras and Pedreira, this beach benefits from the clear waters of the Ribeira de Froia, numerous shady spots, and small waterfalls. It has a park and a children's beach. A visit to the restored windmills is a must.

The riverbanks are connected by three bridges over the reservoir. Given the beach's potential, it boasts several attractions: a swimming pool, a first aid station, a picnic area, a children's playground, and a playground.

First, the reconstructed dam, from which water was collected for irrigation; second, the surrounding vegetation, which includes alders, poplars, and fig trees.
