This hostel lies in the medieval walled town of Ourém, in a place with privileged view to the Valley of Ribeira de Seiça and to the shrine of Fatima. Results from the reclassification of a small set of medieval houses, carrying us to the middle ages. The area features must-see locations like the Natural Park of Serras de Aire e Candeeiros.

Situated on top of a cliff, Casa da Cerca has a privileged view of the Tagus River. It is part of a set called "Quinta da Cerca", considered the most characteristic example of 18th century civil architecture in the city of Almada. This is where the Contemporary Art Center works, which regularly hosts individual, group and thematic exhibitions.

It is the most recent seaside complex at Madeira Island, with a privileged location, at the Lido promenade, ideal place of a walk. It has two adult pools and one for children. It also offers sea access, sand filed for several sports, infra-structures to nautical sports, WC, locker rooms, umbrellas, settees and first aid sickberth.

Taking advantage of the natural environment, we find here a panoramic room with a privileged view of one of the most beautiful areas of the river Alva. The most popular dishes are the Lamb in the oven with rice of kids; the Chanfana; Bucho stuffed; the Posta mirandesa; the Octopus to the mill owner and breaded Octopus with honey; and codfish mill owner and the House.

This shoreline area is about 13 km long with golden sand beaches, protected areas and several forests. It is a unique area, visited every year by millions of people that do sports such as surf and windsurf, as well as for leisure, not only during the summer but throughout the entire year.

Pleasant place where you can walk in the gardens of dense vegetation, as well as enjoy the views from the viewpoint. From this point, you can see not only the entire city, but also the river and the sea, in a single frame. Be sure to visit the Basilica of Santa Luzia.

A walk along the parish of Moita dos Ferreiros where you can visit the Shrine devoted to Our Lady of Misericórdia (Mercy) and the five typical mills that have been recovered and transformed into cafes and bars, open daily from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Be sure to visit this Keep, one of the few remaining vestiges of the old Abrantes Castle, dating from the 12th century. The Keep was built later, at the beginning of the 14th century, during the reign of King Dinis. The tower has a quadrangular plan and is located in the center of the parade ground.
