An amusement park with a lake and animals. There is a track for miniatur cars, a cross country track, freestyle ramps, a fitnes circuit and a sports pavilion. There is also a playground.

Houses with culm rooftops, espigueiros (small cereal warehouses) and a communal oven in this mountain village. The craftwork, namely the manufacturing of the wool, are quite important. The traditional "Jogo do Pau" (a warrior game where the participants fight each other with wood sticks) still lives on here, thanks to a school where that art is taught.

The Sorraia River is one of the main tributaries of the Tagus and results from the junction of two streams, the Sor stream and the Raia stream. Almost at the mouth, it receives the river Almansor, increasing its flow and finally entering the Tagus.
