The chapel of Sangunhedo, dedicated to Santo Aleixo, is a temple in granite of North\/South oriented rectangular plant. The main façade is dominated by a rectangular cover, in whose lintel is inscribed the year 1758 date on which the building was rebuilt, flanked by two glasses and surmounted by another, decorated with a rosette. The stretching of the gable has a belfry crowned with a cross flanked by pinnacles with ball, similar to the spires which conclude the corners. Dedicated to Santo Amaro, the main Chapel of Coimbró is deployed inside the housing nucleus of the village, with a small courtyard in front of the cemetery. Inside deserves special highlight the high altar, in gilt, which occupies the entire bedside wall housing the local devotions. In addition to the masses, that weekly together the community is in this Chapel are celebrated crafts the religious feast in honour of Santo Amaro.

A small rural chapel built in the 15th century that still has some gothic vestiges of that initial building in the broken arches, in the front peep-hole and in the side cracks. In the 20th century it was ruined and was rebuilt in the sixties.

Work of the early 16th century where stands out the retable of stone with carvings representing Santo Amaro, Santo António and the Virgin and child.
