Classified as Municipal interest Property, the chapel of Santa Margarida boasts on a rectangular portal main façade, flanked by two horizontal slots, surmounted by a small oculus surrounded by a rosette. The stretching of the gable, the Campanile, richly decorated with volutes, is crowned by a cross flanked by two pinnacles with ball. Inside stands the high altar in gilt which houses religious imaginary. Located at dock nº 2 of the former Parry & Son, in Cacilhas, the Frigate D. Fernando II e Glória is a 19th century vessel, the last ship of the "Carreira da Índia", and can be visited throughout the year. There, it is possible to learn about the history of the museum ship, which was restored in 1992, after a fire destroyed part of it, in 1963, and was open to the public at EXPO 98. Through an audio guide, it is possible to delve into naval history and travel back in time.

Founded in the 15th century, the Parish Church of Ribeira Brava, or São Bento, has undergone several interventions over time, and therefore presents Manueline, Mannerist, and Baroque characteristics. It houses a varied and rich collection of paintings, sculptures, goldsmithing, and woodcarving from the 16th and 17th centuries, making it one of the most important heritage sites in the region. Its treasure has been exhibited at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Brussels, and within the church, it constitutes the Silverware Collection.
