School founded in 1986, having intended to preserve and promote local handicrafts. Works as school-workshop and as ethnographic museum. Produce various jobs in pottery and handcrafted items typical of the island, as the traditional hats used by the inhabitants of the peak and the flowers of fish scales.

Building from the XVII century, that still keeps its façade. It suffered changes during the XX century and was adapted to become the Conservatory.
