Route about 4 km which allows, as a first step to walk along the river and see all the surrounding vegetation, especially Oaks, yews, Oaks, Alders and willows. In the second stage of the route, following the River, you can enjoy the beauty of the waterfalls. After passing the highest cascade, begins to climb the cliffs towards the North, where you can show small nuclei of vegetation that miraculously survive there.

With this course you will learn more about the Sierra de s. Miguel and what this guard. Starts at the Foot of the Sierra (where should visit the Chiesa Madre (mother church) and the type of houses), takes place in several natural viewpoints and the gastronomy is proof required. This trail begins in the village of Sobral Fernando and is 10.6 km long, takes 3 hours, and is of medium difficulty. Points of interest include the Conheiras (extensive heaps of pebbles that testify to gold mining in Roman and medieval times) and the Várzea das Pedras Watermill and Reservoir.

A walking trail approximately eight kilometers long, beginning and ending at the Casa de Artes e Cultura do Tejo. You'll pass through the Serra das Talhadas, visiting several military monuments, the Portas de Rodão, and the Conhal (a monumental group of quartzite blocks).

The PR1 "Dinosaur Route" route begins at the Lourinhã Museum and ends at Fort Paimogo. Along the way, you can visit the Convent of Santo Antônio, the Church of Misericórdia, and the Castle Church. It passes beaches including Areia Branca, Vale Frades, Caniçal, and Paimogo.

One of the loveliest parts of the Portuguese seashore. The pedestrian trail includes two steep descents and a few climbs. But the effort pays when, at the end of the traject, one descends the stairway of Praia Grande, with its magnificent views, and finds the dinosaur footsteps.

This is a walk of high difficulty level. It starts at the Largo da Aldeia at Rio de Frades and ends by the Tebilhão mills. It is about 6 km long and lasts around 3 hours.
